I have two boys now and I’d love to have another baby but I wanna do everything possible to improve my chances of having a little girl. Don’t get me wrong, I’ll be just as happy with a boy but I’d like to now what I can do to increase my chances of a girl! 🙂

There is nothing you can do to increase your odds, which are roughly 50/50. There are many old wives tales you can try. But, there is no scientific basis for any of them.
During my last pregnancy I asked my high risk OB about all of the theories. He said, ":No, the odds are the same no matter what.":.
That said, In vitro does seem to produce more female babies.
Don’t have sex pass two days before ovulation. Female sperm swim slower, but last longer than male sperm. If you have sex the day before and day of, then your chances are greater for another son. However, there is no guarantee you will get a girl. It depends on the quality and quantity of the sperm.
