i really wana lose weight i think im a little over weight im 141lbs and only 13 dr. says i need to lose couple pounds ive tried sports and eating better but its so hard!! anyone care to help? plz
Losing weight is actually not that hard if you really set your mind to it and want it bad enough. When I was 14, which was about 2 years ago, I was also 5’1 and weighed 161. So maybe I can help you. But do not mistaken muscle for fat you, you may just be heavier because of muscle and may really look fine.
Only drink water
Bring a lunch to school, don’t eat school lunch
Eat every 2-3 hours to keep metabolism going
Eat healthier foods (yogurt, fruit, granola bars)
Be active, stairs, walking to school, bike.
Go grocery shopping with your mom to pick out healthier foods.
Switch to skim milk
Have breakfast an hour within waking up.
NEVER skip a meal, you will gain weight.
Eat oatmeal or a healthy cereal for breakfast.
If you want to have a treat (cookie, brownie) try having it earlier in day so you burn it off.
Try eating a few hours before bed, but it is a myth that you will gain weight eating at night, the only food to avoid before bed is carbs, because it creates insulin(sugar) which will cause fat gain.
Have a friend do it with you for support, I never had anyone to help me, my family still doesn’t watch what they eat, so it effects what i eat, so I have my bad days, and so will you, everyone does, don’t give up.
Try walking to places instead of car whenever possible (friends house, store, school, library)
Offer to do active chores in house, like instead of doing dishes, ask to vacuum.
Now I am almost 16, 5’1 and 3/4, and weight 115-120 lbs. It can be hard at times, but it was worth the work and time. You may lose faster than I did, you may not, everyone is different, and your daily routine is also a factor. Of course I could still lose weight, but I am starting to accept my body now, since I have been overweight most my life as a child. And I am happy with the curves I now have.
Before I lost the weight, my parents thought I would never do it, since I have quit so many diets, but this was different. Its not a diet, its a new healthier lifestyle. And guess what? – I proved them wrong. Never let anyone tell you that you can’t do it.

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.
I’ve lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I’m just concerned that I’m losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven’t followed the guide exactly. I’m not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.
It clearly works and if I’d followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I’d lose. So thanks again for the information. I’ve never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

First donвЂ™t fall for some stupid idea like purging or using weight loss aids. What you need to do is to eat a HEALTHY diet and get on an exorcize routine. You can start small like cutting down on junk food like soda or sweets, IвЂ™m not saying to cut them out completely just reduce what you consume now. For the exorcise routine you can start out by just simply walking extra each day or something like that. hey im 20 years old and at that age i was also that way take it from me the best way to lose weight fast at your age is walking play jump rope or learn how to play it. go to the park with friends and walk for like 30 minutes to an hour each day and just eat less don’t eat junk food or drink soda i know its very tempting but just try not to don’t drink diet pills is not good at your age
