Spiritually speaking, what music do you listen to that purges your head of crappy contemporary pop music?

This is my pick: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n0pIO4zq_1w&amp:feature=related

Cherry Poppin’ Daddies!

Oooh yeah..

To purge my memory of bullcrap like that, I generally listen to hard rock and metal of varying subgenres. Sadly, crappy, contemporary pop music can only be temporarily purged. It always finds a way to come back and haunt me.

Spiritually speaking, what’s up with all the unspiritual &quot:Spiritually speaking&quot: questions?

Nice pick. I like listening to alot of new funk. This is a good pick : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aAJtmDQBv…

Funk, mostly. I like quite a lot of pop music anyway, though.

ohh gooood q greenk

anything with honesty, real human emotional expressions , feelings and thoughts
a well written song is pretty much the best thing i can think of in music
that and a beautiful voice, like tina arena, her voice is like just wow to me

yours is beautiful, im a fan of moonlight sonata tho

(i wont slag pop tho, im a fan of music whatever genre it is, if the talents there, or the fun is there, im happy with it)

just ren,

wow havent heard that in years, thanks for that 🙂
all i hear most of the time in my head is the weird al version 😀

that is incorrect to hearken to track era. It does no longer something yet fill the soul with fake desires, takes people far off from the remembrance of the All-amazing and in maximum situations performs with people’s thoughts, mentalities and typical outlook on existence to the factor people may well be categorised to what track they pay attention to in accordance to how they gown.

I dig back to some old school pop music like this classic:

Tori Amos. That woman can shred a piano in to pieces.

I listen to Rammstein an awful lot these days.

Big band, swing, really old blues. Awesome. =0)
