If you were given $1,000 to change the life of a perfect stranger, what would you do?
i just wanted to see if this will make 500 stars and 37000 answers if it was asked by a normal person 😀
It’s so hard to change lives with just $1,000 I had seen the show and saw that most of them multiplied the money. So it’s so not fair to say they used just $1,000 but I’d make sure to give it to a child who needed it for surgery or something along the lines of that.
I’ve got bills to pay, so I would be changing the life of a perfect stranger indirectly by making them a profit from the accrued interest. Highway robbery!
I’d pay them the $1,000 dollars to go on Oprah’s show and tell her the truth about how she is one of the biggest problems with America today.
you can’t help a perfect stranger no matter the money. in order to help them you must get to know them in order to know what they need. that means they are no longer a stranger. but if i had to help someone it would be the elderly who have trouble meeting their heating bills in the winter and often go without food to do so. so i would create a credit on the heating bill of someone elderly so they would have one less thing to worry about for a few months.
I think that the thing to do would be to wait outside of some sort of social services office, and wait for someone to come out who looks very sad or mad. Meaning that they just got rejected. Then give them the money to help out with groceries or bills.
That or buy lots of porn to hand out to the homeless.
I would buy groceries and household items that are necessary for them. I would take their kids out to Chuck E. Cheese and buy them all kinds of things. I would really make them have the best week ever. I would also bring them out to dinner every night. Good question. STAR FOR YOU! (=
Lol! That is hilarious, YOUSIF! ":If asked by a normal person":!! I have a feeling there won’t be a multitude of stars and answers here. I guess we now see what kind of hold she has over people!
Give them a Book of Mormon, a Bible, a computer, and a wardrobe makeover. I think that would help anyone start functioning in life in a different way, whether they are religious or not.
I would find a person (or more than one) that wanted to learn to read and help them do that. Teaching someone to read doesn’t cost much and can truly change a person’s life.
I would go to a battered women’s shelter and take care of a family. I’d put them up in a new place, and do all I could for the money.
