Women & Bodybuilding….Your point of view!?

I’m seriously considering taking up Female Bodybuilding with the view to entering at competition level.
I hear comments from different people &amp: often those comments can be on the negative side.
Admittently I have seen some Female Bodybuilders that look more like Men in drag, but I’ve also seen some that still look very feminine &amp: sexy. Negative comments more often than not tend to come from Women, &amp: most of those with such opinions tend to be unfit &amp: un-toned. I really would like to know what you Guys think of a female with muscle….I’m not talking Arnie here.
I don’t have a downer on other Women by the way, So this ones for the Gals too.
Perhaps you could state why you have your preference. Thanks everyone.

In the long run, it should be about what makes you happiest – doing anything because you think men/women will approve is just going to cause issues further down the line.

But, you asked for an opinion, so…

I have met only one man that liked body-building women – most men find it a real turn-off (I think it’s an inferiority complex thing). However, I would imagine men who are into body-building are more likely to like women with that look (and I hazard a guess they are the type of men you like, too?)

Women bodybuilders do tend towards looking a bit manly, but this is often to do with taking steroids. This causes a deepening of the voice, growing more body and facial hair and heart problems later in life. Steroids should be completely avoided, and if you don’t think you can withstand the pressure to take steroids in what is a very competitive ‘sport’, then maybe bodybuilding is not for you.

All in all, I would recommend you think about what are your reasons for choosing this path and weigh up the pros and cons, and make sure you’re doing it for the right reasons (ie, not doing it to impress others). And if you do decide to go for it, good luck!

I don’t find muscly women attractive, but then you probably wouldn’t find my middle age spread attractive. I suppose it’s just that I percieve slender as feminine. Do what you’re comfortable with. 🙂

Oddly enough without pumping themselves up for a contest they could be passed in the street looking just like any other woman, go for it at least it will make you feel better about yourself.

Are you just sick of the standard diet programs had been following the diet regime finish the further lbs are just coming and coming right after finish the diet? Are you encounter the truth that after your body gets used to a diet program then this diet regime gets to be significantly less effective in excess of time since your physique adjusts to compensate?

I like the girl in the Bow-Flex commercial, she very nice looking.
But anything more than that is a turn off.

Did you already used Muscle Gaining Secrets procedure. Start this site : http://Access.BodyBuildingAccess.com . This can obviously support yourself!

if you dont want to go for the full muscular look of a bodybuilder, try going for the figure competions.

if thats what you want to do then go for it, it is not really attractive to guys though to be honest.

i know you say not like arnie but if you got muscles to flex then it looks manly and puts most guys off.

its ok for a woman to be nicely toned but totally abnormal for a woman to have huge muscles bulging everywhere.eee a woman should be curvy.muscles are very masculine

Stop worring about what other people think, its your life and if you want to give it a try then do it. You have to live with yourself not them!!!

hi well you seem to know what you want why do you care what any one thinks personally i think some woman look fine and its nice when they go over board it takes away from youe femine features
